Returns and Exchanges (US)
Returns
Striker accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date for non-clearance items. All items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition. Striker has the right to refuse and deny a refund if the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or not in sellable condition. Unless otherwise noted, items marked as Final Closeout are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased through an authorized Striker retailer must be returned or exchanged through that retailer, following their return/exchange policy.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from strikerbrands.com, please follow this link. Replacement items will be shipped after the original item is received by Striker. Delivery time for exchanged items varies depending on shipping location.
Refunds
You will receive a notification when the item is received and inspected by Striker. Approved refunds will automatically be applied to your order’s original payment method. Once processed, refunds may take up to 1 week for it to be applied to your payment method. If your refund is rejected, a customer service representative will contact you and provide reasoning for the rejection.
Return Shipping
Orders purchased within 30 days are eligible for free return shipping of the original product(s). For exchanges, a flat rate of $7.95 will be applied for items being shipped out to you in return.
Returns and Exchanges (CA)
If you are in Canada, the return and exchange process is the same, but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to Striker, as well as for any exchanged product being shipped out to the customer in exchange.
